  • Yes, all our elevator parts are produced according to the standard requirements of major elevator companies.
  • All parts have passed strict quality inspection before leaving the factory.

02. What kinds of payment methods do you have?

  • We prefer the payment through T/T、 L/C、Western Union、MoneyGram or PayPal is also OK.
  • Once payment is received、and the item is shipped we will send a confirmation email.

03. What kind of packaging do you have?

  • We provide reinforced cartons, wooden cases or aluminum alloy cases, which varies with products to make sure delivery.
  • Multi-layer and precise packaging make every goods endure the long distance transportation.Each order passed repeated inspection to guarantee goods reach your hand on time.

04. How many shipping ways do you transport goods?

  • According to the cargo size and quantity, we will choose suitable transportation lines.
  • By express to your door: Such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx etc. The dispatch time is about 3-7 working days.
  • By air to your nearest airport: When you order more than 100kg which will be more economical than express.
  • Agent designated by client: Please tell us the contact details of your shipping agent/forwarder.
  • When the goods are shipped, we will provide you a tracking number, then you can know clearly the status of the goods.

05.How long is the warranty period of the product?

  • The warranty period for unit is 24 months from the date of delivery.
  • We are guaranteeing returnable if the merchandise is not available for the first 3 months.
  • This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, negligence, or caused by covered use with voltages other than designated.
